By using Buktiin (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Parties and Definitions

“Buktiin,” “we,” “us” refers to the App provider. “You” refers to the user. “Services” are the App’s features. “User Content” includes your videos, audio, and related information.

2. Eligibility

You represent you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have parental/guardian consent.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful purposes. Do not reverse-engineer or decompile except as permitted by law.

4. Features and User Conduct

  • Recording/Playback: The App uses camera/microphone to record. Files are stored locally unless you upload.
  • Optional Upload: If you choose to upload, files are transferred to your configured Supabase project/bucket; you control access and retention.
  • Watermark: The App may render a watermark; it does not guarantee prevention of misuse.
  • Ads (LITE only): Ads are served via Google AdMob with frequency controls and content filtering efforts. We do not guarantee all ads fit personal preferences.
  • Prohibited Use: Do not use the App for illegal activity, IP infringement, prohibited content, or to disrupt or compromise security.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading/sharing through the App, you grant us a limited license to store/transmit as necessary to provide the requested features. You are responsible for legality, accuracy, and backups.

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with services such as Supabase (storage/auth), Google AdMob (ads, LITE only), Google Play Billing (payments), and analytics/crash tools (if enabled). Their terms and privacy policies apply.

7. Plans and Payments

  • Tiers: LITE (with ads/feature limits), PRO/ULTIMATE (ad-free, premium features).
  • Billing: Handled by Google Play. Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
  • We may change pricing/features prospectively.

8. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, trademarks, logos, designs, and code are owned by us or our licensors. Your rights are limited to use under these Terms.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from your use or inability to use the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the App.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not affect accrued obligations.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; the effective date will be updated and material changes may be communicated in-app or on our site.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will first be addressed amicably; if unresolved, they may be brought before the competent courts in Indonesia.
